Outlook Express keeps receiving the same email

I need help! We are using Outlook Express as an email server on our company, i try to check the "Leave Copy messages on the server" and i receive thousands of messages from old times and i try to uncheck it. It doesn't stop. I also try to delete Pop3uidl.dbx but it doesn't help as well. I need help guys!
