Hi English teachers,
I am a bit confused in ‘it’, please let me know if my sentences are acceptable. Thanks a lot in advance.

It is not healthy to eat fried food often.
It is unlucky to see a ghost just now.
It is convenient for me to discuss the matter now.

They are all grammatically correct.

however, to make better sense, try:

It is unwise to plant your garden just now.
