How can we be sure that all religions are wrong?

@Setanta,
What do you expect? It is Enid Blyton after all. In Noddy the villain is/was the golliwog, (now changed to goblins for the TV series,) and if one of the Famous Five remarked that someone "looked foreign," you could rest assured they were the villain.

That's why the Comic Strip had such fun with her.

@Frank Apisa,
If "god" had no interest in us knowing whether it existed or in anything else about us why bother "creating" us.
Does it have ADHD.

@Thewordoftruth,
Do you follow these words yourself? Or do you break them yourself?

So who could know God unless it is because they want to believe in God? That they show by explaining who they think God is? And not what another has explained they think God is with the gift of the spirit?

Do you think that as you are apart of the spirit of God or an apostle that you also have the spirit of God within you? So why are your views not as valid as any other prophet, prophetess or apostle?

Would God want you to explain who you think he is with your apostolic nature...or have blind faith in what another apostle had already said?

Is God more interested in what you think the truth actually is? Or how you think another person's perspective is truthful?

You left the building just before I arrived. Sorry we missed but happy trails to you.

We got on very well, and I classed him as a friend, still do.

I've never had a problem with genuine Christians.

FACT: Once a human brain is dead, they do not get a second chance to live. Once the brain dies, there is no going back. No resuscitation possible. Brain death is death.

If you believe that stuff, otherwise read ci's post. I think that one is more what were dealing with.

Legends of fairies and gods abound through history and , rom artifacts we find, prehistory.

We fear th unknown, so we make up stories that are comforting,(even though ya gotta admit, theyre a lot of weird crap).

Now all you need to do is prove that there was a "Jesus" and that he was resurrected . . . easy-peasy.

@Setanta,
Historians have documented that Jesus existed For example please look at the writings of Josephus. Please refer to the book "Evidence That Xemands A Verdict" by Josh McDowell for reasons to believe in the resurrection of Jesus. There.are several more recent books you can read if you do not like McDowell.

@NealNealNeal,
What does a 2000 years old Che Guebara have to do with the Myth itself? How does that appeal to the fundamentals in the topic? There are many Joshuas around...no one ever doubted that.

@NealNealNeal,
The Josephus text is suspect, so much so, that Louis Feldman published a paper in 1980 to show that 80% of modern scholars consider the passage to be in part or entirely an interpolation. By the way, Flavius Josephus was a Pharisee--he would hardly have touted a scruffy Essene who routinely defames Pharisees. Feldman was at that time considered to be the premier Josephus scholar in the world. it's not a matter of what I do or don't like, it's an issue of credibility. With your religious obsession, you certainly have no credibility. As Fil d'A points out, Palestine was crawling with ;Joshuas 2000 years ago. If you stood on a roof top in Jerusalem at Passover 2000 years ago, and threw a handful of pea gravel into the street below, you'd hit a half dozen or more religious kooks preaching implausible doctrines.

So what happened to Jesus' body? The Jewish leaders and Romans could have easily presented the body if Jesus was still in the grave

@Leadfoot,
That is why most Christians will not go on a discussion board. Most historians agree that Jesus existed. How can a discussion be made with someone who deny this.
