Does anyone have the secret manual I'm in the military and have to relocate every few years and have just recently moved my gold series system to a new home. Is there any way you could sent the secret dealer manual to [email protected] or [email protected]

Moved into house with Rainsoft AQC 100 CT Gold Series softener. Have an owners manual, but need info on the settings that are not covered. Unit was mfg'ed in 2001. Thanks dblevky@ yahoo.com

Wondering if you would be able to help me or anyone with my rainsoft gold series watersoftener. I see you helped a lot of people on her with how to reset the system. My problem is I lost power and now it just shows 2 dots and won't let me set the time or anything. Any help would be great thank you. [email protected]
