This is a game that my art teacher started (I won't take the credit) to judge predictability in artwork.
Someone thinks of an artwork (installation, painting, photograph, whatever) that they have seen. They don't mention the specifics, but give the general idea of the artwork making their description as general as possible. (ex: bodily function - negative)
Then another person tries to guess the specifics of the work (based on artwork they have seen.) (ex: piss christ)
----
Another example:
person A says: elements
Person B says: bowls of stuff representing wind, water, fire, etc...
Person A says: Yes! Not the same show exactly, but the same idea.
a room full of dirt? (soil)
So I might say something like umbrellas at the beach? (too easy, I know, but I'm just trying to grasp the idea)
This is some crazy stuff, Portal Star, but, hell, I'm goin' along for the ride.
Um.... A modern vanitas, displaying the transience of life. As in, we all return to dirt. Might have some plants at various stages growing in it.
