I would like to know why our congress and senate want to punish law abiding citizens not criminals? I suggest the new law should be if a gun is used in a crime the criminal gets 10 years hard labour no parole and if the criminal shoots or kills a person in the crime it would be automaticly the death penalty. they would get one appeal with in one year if still found gulty they get one week to get life in order then they are exicuted.
