I did, but I think they missed the primary issue, which is not how reliable the dog/handler combination is. The issue, to my mind, is whether they can use the dog's nose at all, without probable cause. I'm speaking of cars, and so forth. Obviously, we constructively consent to that and much more intrusive inspections when flying commercial airlines.
