Does the use of sonic pulse toothbrushes result in better dental health than non-sonic pulse electric toothbrushes?

I don't know, but I'll bump it up. I also wonder whether it's best to get one that rotates.

A hygienist strongly recommended the sonic toothbrush. She said it generates more foam that is effective in removing plaque.
