Comparing two populations

Hi,

I have a multiple drugs (5 drugs) that i want to test on a cell line. I want to compare the effect of the drugs on the cell lines in comparison to a control (no drug). Every drug is done in triplicates. So what kind of analysis should I use? Do I use standard deviation, standard error of the mean...? P value.? Student t test?????
