the following problems are calculations with food cost percentages, portion cost, and menu price. For each problem, two of the figures are given. Find the third.
food cost percentage: a. _ b. 40% c. 30%
Portion Cost: a. $1.24 b._ c. $2.85
Menu: a. $4.95 b. $2.50 c. _
