Anatomy Riddle Question

We get riddles and randomly obscure questions in Anatomy and Physiology to answer. I've been working on this for an hour and I can't get anything. I know it is not Crohns, Alzheimers, Celiac, Lactose Intolerance, Parkinsons, Coronary Artery Disease or Sleepwalking.

Question:
