spss factor analysis

hi
I do factor analysis, principal component, varimax, by spps. and 69 variable reduced to 12 componenet. but 2 component is blank and without any variable. namely: all of my variable distributed to 12 component but the table has 14 component & 2 component is blank (without variable). why? I guess there are 14 eigenvalues.
