Trying to find out information about this painting.

I cannot upload it here but the painting is a felt painting and it is of a gaucho smoking a cigarette staring off into the distance rather angrily. I have looked all over the Internet for this painting and cannot find anything, also I cannot quite make out the artist name. I bought it simply because I enjoyed the picture have never seen anything like it. Just want some background info if possible so when people ask I will be able to tell them what I have. Thanks.
