All constitutions are unconstitutional from a Darwinian perspective.

To the extent that they might be considered constitutional is a matter for those who decide what is constitutional or not in the particular place at a particular time and is obviously subject to any adjustments such people see fit to apply. Otherwise there would be nothing to decide and those who make an easy living out of deciding would have to get a proper job if the dogmas are set in stone.

At least alchemists tried to make gold from lead. These buggers can make gold out of warmed up, carbon dioxide rich, air. As Mr William Jennings Bryan once implied.

If the gold is only a small amount it just means that expertise in the skill is wanting in proportion to how small the amount of gold is.

Typical for H2O, Parados. When he realizes he cannot logically refute a post...he bails on it by calling the other person "stupid" or an "idiot."

I guess for people like H2O...that kind of thing works. And, he doesn't have to explain why he has not actually refuted an argument.

FOR INSTANCE: H2O asserts that more guns would result in less shootings...which, of course, is absurd. But he has no decent refutation for someone who questions his "logic"...so he dodges the problem by calling the challenger an idiot...and stalking off.

It's actually cute to watch him do it so often. I hope you get as much a kick out of it as I do.
