More guns!! We need more guns. If we had had more guns we might have been able to shoot 24 people and maybe even killed one or two. We need more guns!!!!!

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Gunmen opened fire as dozens of people marched in a Mother's Day second-line parade in New Orleans on Sunday, wounding at least 12 people, police said.
Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas told reporters that a 10-year-old girl grazed by a bullet was among those wounded in the shooting around 2 p.m. She was in good condition. He said three or four people were in surgery but their conditions weren't known. No deaths were reported.

We all can be thankful that the gunmen did not used far more deadly bombs either thrown or planted ahead of time.

Once more it the actions not the tools used to harm people that matter something that the anti-gun people seems not to be able to understand.

Chances r that thay were elsewhere n that
the victims had opted not to bear arms (not always a wise choice).

However, for the record:
when I first decided to defensively bear arms at age 8,
that was for SELF defense n for defense of my family n close friends, if necessary
NOT to march thru the world as Mr. Hot Shot Super Hero,
looking for anyone to rescue.

I have a hunch that a lot of fellows who bear arms in SELF defense
r not interested in paying a lot of unnecessary lawyers' fees
in defense of civil or criminal litigation relating to their
officious intermedling in events of violence involving strangers.

Thay may well reason that the victims r free to possess
n to use their OWN defensive guns.
