Can anyone identify these artists/paintings?

I have a few paintings, but do not know the artists. Can anyone help me identify any of these?

This one has no artist name, but a signature on the back, and a company name I cannot find anything about.

This one I believe the artist is Bailey V. Pelten, but can't find anything about her either.

I believe this signature is R. Sheffield, but again, I can't find anything.
