Why does the "pee pee dance" work.

Why is this so effective? Does the movement relief some of the pressure on the bladder. Is it as simple as just taking your mind off of it? They talk about it in a lot of places on the net but I have yet to see a scientific explanation. Thanks to any and all for your input.

I suppose I should spend more time at the right places on the net. I never heard of anything like that.

Perhaps it changes the blood flow away from bladder?
