i first noticed a few itchy bumps on my leg a few days ago. it has been a week and it has spread from one leg to my other leg and my butt. they almost look like pimples but they really hurt. and they have dark red centers. i just need some relief because i do not have insurance and i can't go to the doctors.

Could it be poison oak or ivy? Have you had the measles or chickenpox? Are you running a fever? Are you allergic to any foods you've eaten recently?
Some more details might be helpful.

It could be caused by allergy however, it would be hard to give a certain medication because it might not be the one you need. Would you be able to go to a clinic or ER that can help with your condition.
In that area, it could be something as simple as heat rash. Do you work out?
It could be contact dematitis - are you wearing a new uniform, underwear or unusual clothing?
The thing to watch is if it gets worse.
Over the counter benedryl might help.
