GUN CONTROL CRUMBLES
MOORE and SHEPHERD v. MADIGAN, A.G. of ILLINOIS
Last week the US 7th Circuit Court of Appeals
voided & nullified the law against carrying guns
in the streets of Illinois. It stayed the effect of its order for 6 months.

I heard about that. Also oral arguments were heard by the appeals court in the Woollard case.
I haven't had any time to look into the details yet though.

@oralloy,
This is a very big deal
for the defensive freedom of the people of Illinois.
I hope that the A.G. appeals to the
USSC.
David
@oralloy,
Unless the Legislature enacts a
pro-freedom statute
for carrying defensive guns in the streets of Illinois,
it will be the same as fully free Vermont or Arizona !
