How do I post the picture!

With an image of the painting, recognition of a painting or its painter is quite tough. Without an image? Recognition of the painting or its possible painter is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. Especially since you haven't hinted at subject, style, medium, possible era of its creation, etc....

You can try hosting a digital image of the file with the likes of www.flickr.com/, www.photobucket.com/, or http://Tinypic.com
Use the BBCode editor code and insert the image file's link address after you uploaded the photo to its photo sharing host site....

If you want to know the painting's artist name that who painted any photograph so you have to add the photograph or link of the photograph here. You can paste directly the link of the image or attach it by using 'Editor' you can see it above on the post box in green color when you open editor your will get their formatting option with img code click on it and edit your image link like this -
