What is the comparison of DOPPLER effect in electromagnetic radiation to the RELATIVISTIC effect in electromagnetic radiation?

The Doppler effect changes the apparent frequency of a wave as a function of your velocity whereas the relativistic effect maintains the velocity of its wavefront at a constant value regardless of your own
