I acquired this painting, and I am trying to identify it and get help in having it valued. It is signed by Gustav Likan and has a Certificate of Authentication.

Pls. respond if you have any information regarding this artist and I will send you a picture of the painting.

Likan was born in 1910 or 1912 in Croatia, lived in Europe, Argentina, Chicago, and Austin where he died in 1998. There are a number of summary biographies of him online.
