I might go blind!

German man wants state-paid sex
The man's claim amounted to more than $3,000 a month
A German court has rejected a claim from an unemployed man who wanted the state to provide him with pornographic material and free visits to a brothel.

The 35-year-old man took his local authority to court after the foreign ministry refused to pay an airfare for his Thai wife to travel to Germany.

He argued that they should compensate him for his lack of sex.

But the court in the southern town of Ansbach said such activities should be paid out of his welfare benefits.

A court spokesman said the man was planning to appeal.

Unfulfilled needs

The unnamed man argued that, as his wife lived in Thailand, the local authority had to compensate him for his "considerable sexual needs".

The 2,500-euro claim (£1,700, $3,050) a month was to fund weekly brothel trips, eight pornographic videos and transport costs to and from a video store.

"I require the brothel visits for my physical and psychological wellbeing," the man said in his application.

But the court said social security benefits already covered "everyday requirements".

My question would be...instead of paying out all that money for prostitutes and porn, why didn't you buy your wife a ticket to Germany? And why didn't she come back with you from Thailand?

Oh wait. I get it. A mail order bride. Disregard that last question.

I suspect that there is an underlying issue here that is not readily apparent and that it has more to do with immigration and immigration procedures that it does with sex.

Hey, didn't the federal government run the Mustang Ranch for a while when it went under for tax reasons in Nevada? Anyway, my point is that it's not so unheard of the government funding sex...

Prostitution should at least be a tax write off. It keeps the citizens happy and out of serious trouble.

The government should fine him for taking up court time so frivolously!

What I suspect is that German immigration may be giving him a hard time about letting his wife into the country so he is countering with this trying to force their hand.

If that's the case, than maybe the man has a good point. It doesn't sound so frivolous.

No, I still think it does sound frivolous. If the true problem is immigration, then he should be taking them to court on that issue. I can't take someone seriously who obviously doesn't even honour his own marriage vows.

Well, this man made the aquaintance with his later wife IN Thailand. (So, he didn't order her from a catalogue but was on a brothel trip over there. - She is said to have been a "kitchen aid".)

When she became pregnant, she became homesick as well ...

Btw: he didn't want the brothel to be paid at first, but a "virtual girl" [my dictionary doesn't know the English translation for the German "Gummipuppe" Laughing ].

The (worst German tabloid!) source for this HERE!

That's exactly why adultery is justifiable sometimes. Spouses that don't put out (man or woman) are just as guilty of not taking marriage seriously and have no right to complain when their partner looks else where. Unless there's some medical reason. That's where for better or for worse comes in. But if the spouse just isn't putting out because they don't want to and it goes on for long periods of time. That makes adultery justifiable in my book.

Also, women that don't put out better not complain when their huspband turns to porn on the internet.

Some courts take this into consideration too during divorce hearings.
