some of those Kansas counties are mostly red cows.

The Windsor family original name was Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha. She changed it to Windsor prior to the second world war.

Lizzie is a German, and her husband is Belgian.

He's Greek by (family) name, with Danish and German background. (And Russian.) His family name would be Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg or in Danish Slesvig-Holsten-Sønderborg-Glücksborg.
