Predicate adjective or not?

In this sentence, "I love looking at the sunset, especially when the nearby mountains are outlined by the trees and are visible through the clouds," do the words "outlined" and "visible" function as predicate adjectives? I think "visible" does, but I'm not quite sure about "outlined." Any help is appreciated.
