hi evry1
my mom wants 2 diet a little and i wanna help cos'she's a little overweight..
i told her to cut down on bread, pastry and carboyhydrate intake... am i wrong?? cos'i really think that carbohydrates fattens a person up, if taken in large quantities!!!
I would think everything fattens a person if taken in large quantities, no? Not water, maybe...
My simple, I-don't-know-too-much-about-these-things advice is to watch what you're eating, eat lots of fruit and vegetables and get lots of exercise. And drink enough water.
Actually too much liquid can make you fat, but it's a lot easier to lose than other things. Of course, for most people drinking to much is the least of their problems.
No, I mean water. Water can make you bigger. Your body just soaks it up. And since we have no way of getting rid of excess water it just builds up our entire lives.
SCoates, that doesn't seem to work for me. I drink lots of water and keep going to the toilet a thousand times a day... ;-) That can't build up anywhere...
Ah, I guess your body works differently than mine then!
*SCoates looks really nervous and avoids eye contact*
I am too tired to even try for any eye contact, don't worry...
*urs walks towards bathroom - once again....*
