I am 15,i have passion for acting.....from this stage i want to start acting and been showed on TV shows.....how do i go about it?

Get into a performing arts high school.
Keep you grades up as high as you can.
Join a community theater.
Go to a performing arts/fine arts college.
Get an agent.
