How do you change your display picture?

How do you change your display picture on A2K ?? I want to put a picture as my display picture but i don't know how to.

A2K uses Gravatars. Follow their directions -

Click on the framed picture, assuming you have accumulated several. Same story if you have only one picture, just more obvious.
