I am a newbie at taking digital photographs and selling them, I live in Arizona and a couple of pictures I have taken have been the outside and gardens of peoples homes, also 1 photo of some old cars on one guys property. I was either in my car or standing on a sidewalk public roadway when I took the photos. Now I want to sell these photos in some gift shops & at craft fares. Am I legal to sell them? Does any one have advice or been in this situation? waiting for any help thanks shutterbug

If you want to be safe (never know who might be letigious) you should get a property release. It doesn't matter where you were standing when photographing private property.
