To me it looks like Natalie Wood but I'm not positive about that.

She does look like Natalie Wood.

It looks like Edie Sedgwick to me.

She was one of Andy Warhol's muses so it kind of makes sense.

I don't. But that doesn't mean anything.

I guessed Edie Sedgwick just because it looks like her plus the painting seemed to be a homage to Warhol.

Do you have a close up shot of the signature? Is it a painting or a screen print or something else? Where did you get it?

It would be cool if you could somehow tie it to The Factory. There were dozens and dozens of uncredited artists working there.
