How to create an App icon that shows content from your webpage

I know there's a way to do this, but I'm looking for a step by step tutorial.

In the top area of the timeline, you have things like photos, events, notes, etc. I believe you can add your own icon, which shows content pulled in from your own website page.

Can anyone tell me how to do this, or link me to a page with instructions?
