transfer data from iphone to laptop

one of the apps on my iphone went offloaded and when i tried to re-download it i found out it's not on the app store anymore.as i checked my iphone's storage i saw the app is still using my storage.so is there anyway i transfer that data to my laptop?(i really need those files,please help)
