Android delayed push notifications

Does anybody know whats the reason why I dont get push notifications in time on tagged app, meetme app, tinder and sometimes even facebook though I use wifi.. When it arrives using our wifi, it is actually a month old so I get 50 or hundreds of notifications. But when I get wifi on our neighbor, I get to recieve push notifications in exact time.. While on our own wifi, I can only notified on emails without delays and all other apps are delayed in notification. Please tell me how fix this.. My old device had these problems thats why I changed and still these are my problems again.. Pls help me
