The A2k NFL "Pick-Um" Game Is Back!

@spendius,
You may claim that, Spendius, but I would challenge you to prove it here. Please take the time to report the date/time of the picks by Cowdoc, Wandeljw, Ragman and Osso. Is there any evidence that any of them posted late in order to "play defense" in the standings? Did any of them change picks at the last minute?
I am amazed that you still don't get this A2K "game."

So we only have the Detroit @ Minnesota game as a toss-up. In the remaining 13 games Wandeljw, JPB, Edgar and Ehbeth agree with the majority on every game. Johnboy, JPLoseman, Tico, Ragman, Cowdoc and George agree on all but one.

Wait. In keeping with my standing, perhaps I should reverse the thirteen games.

@edgarblythe,
Then I'll take your former picks.

@realjohnboy,
That isn't my contention nor what I did. I followed the overdogs. That is a defensive ploy.

We got bruised s bit in the early games.
I have Miz Cowdoc at 8-1 and McGentrix and George at 7-2.

St Louis and San Francisco tied. I'm planning on not including that game in the standings.
And I also left Liontamerx out of yesterday afternoon's update.

Heading into tonight's game Liontamerx and Miz Cowdoc are 10-2. Both have Pittsburgh. Lion thinks the final score will be 28-17=45; Miz C see it as 27-21= 48. The dividing line is 46.5.

@realjohnboy,
I had no clue they could still have a tie as a final score in the NFL

That's okay, neither did Donovan McNabb.

@Ticomaya,
Here's a guess, mind you...just a guess...Donovan smokes the ganga.

And another thing...why didn't his coach inform him of the possibility?

I haven't read any of the recaps of Sunday's games. Weren't there a few key injuries? It's that time of the season.

@realjohnboy,
I haven't read up yet either, but did see two headlines, both Cutler and Vick with concussions of some import.

Ready? Nah. Ready to figure which games I find tough to decide, but not ready to decide. This might be one of those weeks where my wishes stop me from choosing the obvious winner. But it's only Monday, I still might turn sensible.

It's included in the spread game John. Rams pickers + $12 and 49ers pickers --$12.

And if a tie is possible once then it is possible in every game. As I pointed out ages ago.

Come on John. Week 10 is not done with yet.

It reminds me of a lady I knew who spent a flight to one or other of the Caribbean Islands studying holiday brochures to determine where to go after the one she was about to endure.

If KC win 88--0 tonight it will upend my table and jespah and Region will soar.

@spendius,
I noticed that in the ESPN expert's thing that they are counting it as a loss. The experts got it wrong. I might revisit my decision if it ultimately affects the standings. 3 players here have picked in fewer games then the rest of us.
