If you study history, you'd know, they all lie to get power then abuse it once in office. Two: A large part of Obam's cabinet was holdovers from BUSH II, so was his public policy, and so is his drug policy.
The only difference between the two puppets, is one is a **** sandwich and the other is a giant douche. You pick, I can't tell the difference between these two and the last 4 liars who were elected president in this country. Don't forget, OUR ECONOMY FAILED because of NIXON and his removal of the gold standard, and move to FIAT CURRENCY. That put our earnings into the hands of the money marketeers.
Economics 101 says: they are the same guy, and that you believe they will act differently in office, is your childish belief in fairy tales. Like the tooth fairy, a trustworthy president is a JOKE. Any logical, intelligent person who was alive in the last 40 years would surely know that.
Unless you have enough bread to vote for the **** sandwich, which I'm guessing , you do.

Because they can buy congresspersons directly or indirectly by way of lobbies who even write bills for the congresspersons to submit.

Well, if by "a large part" you mean "one member," then yes, a large part of Obama's cabinet was a holdover from Bush Jr.
