Laser Surgery for Deviated Nasal Septum

I have a Deviated Nasal Septum and considering a laser corrective surgery in my homeland- India. However unsure about the timing since I'm bound to the UK for a year's stay. My concerns are recovery given the different climatic conditions of the two countries and feasibility of follow-up. Any recommendations basis experience of expertise is solicited.
