feckles? blackheads? hormone spots?
Be more specifiic.

Get a facial by a professional and he/she will tell you what's up.

I had a keratosis on my forehead and a dermatologist just froze it off and biopsied a small chunk. Most spots are not cancerous but it pays to etermine what ya got
