Details...details. How about telling us if your ex-gf is the boy's mother? What connection is she to this visitation issue?
Assuming she has custody of your son and is preventing visitation, then you need to hire a lawyer and petition the court. Is there proof of paternity? Has there already been court action declaring your visitation rights?
On the other hand, have you been declared as an unfit parent? If not declared as unfit, then you might need to hire a lawyer.
