My kitchen has 2 windows facing the street. I am putting shutters on them for privacy. In the same room is a glass door that leads to patio & another window . The door & 3rd window are not privacy concerns. Question: will it look odd not to cover all the windows in the same room with shutters? It will also take away the view. Many thx

@Franzhovis,
If all the windows facing in one direction have shutters, I think it would be just fine. The door should also be fine without shutters.

We've got people here with more sophisticated tastes than mine, but that's my feeling.

@Franzhovis,
I think it seems nice and balanced if you do cover all the windows because one window without shutter looks odd which will spoil the look of the whole kitchen.
