And to further confuse things, Mr Rupert Murdoch is one of my least favourite Americans.

(He ditched his Oz citizenship when it became more profitable to do business in the US as a US citizen....)

Oddly you can claim both the La Paglia brothers (Anthony and Jonathan) who are surprises to me. Both have extensive resumes in U.S. acting and I can't recall ever hearing an Australian accent from either of them. Since you get credit for them, I think it only fair you also take back Murdoch.

On a side note, your current P.M. Julia Gillard is said to have been born in Wales.

The weird this is she sounds far more Australian than most Australians who were born & bred here!
