3.) As a researcher, you are interested in investigating the effects of a new handwriting curriculum on handwriting legibility. None of the above. You can use the ANOVA to compare the mean values of the groups at a given time point, but none of those tests are valid for time-series data.

Agreed. In any case the data is unlikely to be more than ordinal implying a non-parametric test
