Hi,
I am trying to make a automised gate. I am having trouble making it work with a remote. I want it to work like a normal gate witch opens, stops and closes with one button.

Maybe you can adapt the mechanism and controls from a more or less defunct garage door opener. If you can't find one at salvage, it might be expensive.

I thought about something like that but it seems like a lot of work. I want something simple otherwise I'll go for a two button receiver that can control the opening and closing of the gate.
