here is a sentence about transport, in which there is a phrase (if it was) that i cannot understand properly: "enabling a more efficient road network with reduced travel times, reduced junction clearance times, better integration among different transport modes, and improved traffic management"

so, if anyone can help me with the phrase "junction clearance times", i will be very very grateful.

@Candery,
In that context, the phrase probably refers to the length of time it takes a vehicle to get through an intersection (junction). As in, how long are red lights, waits at stop signs, etc.
