ououuuuuuuuucccccccch! Speedy recovery, Deb!

I grimaced at the Iran Consulate phoneline here which doesn't give you enough information and says different things from the website. A supporting letter of recommendation, it says I need, to be a tourist. Holy crap!

Margo...are you at work? If so, ought you to be?

Not too bad today - sore all over like you (except for jaw!) Yep - us women of a certain age can certainly do themselves some injury!

Fortunately, it's a relatively quiet day.

You should rest - I'd recommend a week in bed with good books, the odd alcoholic drink (and several not-so-odd), and perhaps a cat to pat!

I did, in fact, take half today off.... Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

Yup, Deb. Things come in threes. You're done.

How's that for uncharacteristic optimism?

You are frightening us all.

I'm building a farm fence for a bloke. He's bought the cheapest star pickets he can find. 8 wires, post every 5 meters. I get all the wires strung It takes nearly all day. stand back to look. ooooohhhhh sheeeeeeeeeeettttttttt Fk fk fk some of the posts have the holes in the wrong places. This makes certain fence wires... undulate, creating greater or lesser gaps between the wires.

I have to unstring 500 m of 8 wire fence, measure each post, drill holes in the correct places and restring the complete fence.

Today it rained, My 4wd slid down the hill I was working on....sideways... with me in it.

BIG adrenaline rush.

This is not equivalent to others' travails of the last bunch of days, but waaah!

Yesterday I was doing some organizing. Most will remember I've a lot of worldly goods that I'm distributing slowly to donate/sell/keep (and keep just where exactly) segments. Yesterday's business was to go through clothing 'donates' to consolidate them, oh, and see if I really meant that; to put the tablecloths together (I can get rid of this one, no?), sheets and pillowcases in one place; the materials I've bought for future drapes, etc., in one place.
Somewhere along in this I started sneezing, not too badly. Cleaning closets and going through books usually makes me sneeze, no surprise.

One a.m. I wake up sneezing my fool head off. Went through a box of tissues and started in on a toilet paper roll.. up all night, reading and sneezing - call me ms. soggy.

I'm thinking it's a cold, dammit. Yes, I took a benedryl, but not until this morning. Waiting to see if it works its magic.

That's a poem!

Sorry about the keyboard though... petty annoyances are so much less bearable when you're still dealing with Major Issues. (How are you feeling?)

OK I know this must be annoying for you but I find it entertaining!

No space bar either?

How sore? Should you be seeing a doctor? (Take care of yourself!)

I love that you say "ee" and I know what you mean, though.

If doc's inevitable, why not sooner rather than later?

I worry!

But I'll stop nagging.

New keyboards and mice aren't these expensive these days, right...? Hope not, and that you can get those two things without too much trouble..

Oh I see, yes, I thought you were saying it was just a matter of time before you went to the doctor.

OK then.
