It's very unfortunate for the NFL draftee's who have come out of college to be with an unknown, uncertain future, and NO income. A job seems to be the answer here, but how will they have time to train and work out to be prepared for the season ahead if there working 9 to 6 everyday? Does anyone know of any current NFL athletes who don't have hundreds of thousands under their belt making this work? Any stories?
@hozren,
the NFL lockout ended on july 25th of last year...
What should NFL players and draftees be doing during the Lockout?
yoga?
basket making?
scrap booking?
@Region Philbis,
There is a bit of a backlog with his newspaper deliveries. He will catch up eventually.
@hozren,
I suppose they'll get to work on that right after the Iran hostage crisis is resolved....
@DrewDad,
Of course, the war in Vietnam will probably delay the resolution of the hostage crisis.
@DrewDad,
And with Sherman burning all our crops, lawsy, it's tough right now.
@jespah,
Speak for yourself, squaw. With these blankets I just got from Colonel Bouquet, I will be toasty throughout the winter!
@DrewDad,
Take these jewels, I don't need 'em, and finance your trip to see if you can go east by sailing west. We'll just do the whole Inquisition thingie without ya.
@jespah,
Nasty cough you have there. I hope it doesn't kill 1/3 of our entire population....
@DrewDad,
I like that toga on you, but really, those sandals have
got to go!
@jespah,
Should it be Constantinople or Constantinopolis?
@DrewDad,
That Cassius is such a nice man! And so is Casca. And Brutus, well, he's just the definition of honorable! Why, oh why, is Julius avoiding them on the 15th of March?
