You really can't say without knowing some data---the mere fact that a low boiling azeotrope exists indicates that the mixture is not ideal--so you can't make any general prediction of vapor liquid equilibrium. So IMHO I'd start doing some research on equilibrium liquid/vapor concentrations.

Now I may be showing my age, but I'd start with the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, but I'm sure there are many online references can be found for this information.
