The ribbon around the cross has the words JESZCZE NIE NADESZLA CHWILA ROZGRZESZE NIA, the sun has 3MAJ on it , has 966 0n one side of cross & 1791 on the other side, size of painting 15x20

I looked up the years that are showed on the picture and they all have to do with Poland. I don´t know if that is a help for you.
