We have no idea and, even if we did, wouldn't it be irresponsible to offer a cure over the Internet without ever having met or examined your father?

I am sorry that you are frustrated and that he is suffering but, really, the best thing to do is Google specialists in this field and take your father to as many of them as is necessary until they can help him. Best of luck to you.

@thumunagaraju,
I can give advice on dealing with the loss of hearing, if that's what you're going for at all.

(I lost my hearing gradually, was thought to have Meniere's for a while but I didn't have vertigo.)

I was on diuretics and a low salt diet, maybe because they thought it was something akin to Meniere's. (They never figured out what it was.)

In general, I know a lot of people who lost their hearing due to Meniere's, and I do think it's a matter of acclimating rather than trying to cure it. I won't say that too authoritatively though, just my impression.

I know the vertigo is a whole other thing, and debilitating.
