Then you have to join in the conversations and be a part of that surrounding.

Shyness can be over come one step at a time.

Sometimes it is what people talk about that you know not enough about, that keeps you quiet, maybe learning more in those situations so you can join in will help.

Sometimes it's difficult for an introvert to be around extrovert personalities.

If you know yourself well, you can decide how to fit in when the guys get together. You may be the observer kind of guy, the quiet one. There is nothing wrong with that.

Satre says hell is other people. I tend to agree with him at times. But there are always excpetions. My suggestion is be with people who make you happy.
