Painting identification help

Hello, can anyone identify the painting in the photo below? I'm afraid it's the only image I've got - I hope the mischievous face and retro fashion sense don't pose too much of a distraction. I'm doing this as a favour for a family member and I'm afraid my art knowledge amounts to a vague familiarity with the Mona Lisa. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
